Product overview
The Sigma 2-16KL is Sigma’s compact refrigerated all-rounder: 4 × 100 ml in a swing-out rotor or 6 × 50 ml / 4 × 85 ml in a fixed-angle rotor, 15,300 rpm and 21,913 × g. Refrigeration is −10 to +40 °C with Rapid Temp pre-cool of the chamber and accessories. Fifty routine protocols sit in memory; ten acceleration and braking curves tune the separation. Rotors take PCR tubes, culture tubes, microtiter plates, and a haematocrit rotor. An inert gas port and clinic or cell culture packages are options. The 2-16KHL adds heat on the same chassis.
Al-Shaker specifies 2-16KL versus 2-16KHL, the first swing-out or fixed-angle rotor, and whether Rapid Temp belongs on day one — then installs and supports the centrifuge across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
