Product overview
The Sigma 3-18KT is aimed at users with strict demands on performance and process reliability in minimal space. It offers a versatile rotor range, RCF of 31,655 x g at 18,000 rpm and a guaranteed sample temperature of 4 °C at maximum speed.
A highlight is the FA-8x50-V fixed-angle rotor for 8 x 50 ml conical vessels: it meets the latest aerosol-tightness standard, has the RapidTurn lid mechanism for quick opening and closing, offers the highest capacity in its class and centres the pellet with its 40 degree angle.
The Spincontrol T Expert controller adds quality management, USB export of operating data, service data via QR code, Sigma Timer app support and optional user management and export mode. ECO Mode can switch off refrigeration and dim the display after a preset time. IVD, biosafe-rotor and clinic and cell culture options are available.
