Product overview
The MD1400 is part of the Micro Clima modular climate chamber range for Arabidopsis, plant growth, tissue culture, seed germination and storage, insect breeding and other life-science work. Total volume is 1.337 litres with 1.290 x 630 = 0,81 m² per platform.
The basic unit controls temperature only (+4 to +40 °C) and can then be configured with humidity and dehumidification, CO2 monitoring and injection, decontamination, a special evaporator system for insect breeding and lighting by LED tubes, modules or panels in single, full or multiple spectra. A Jumo mTRON T touchscreen controller programs up to 100 programs in ramp or step mode.
The door design avoids a central pillar, so large trays and boxes can be placed across the full width. Airflow is horizontal as standard, with vertical airflow optional.
