Product overview
The Dosys all-glass 155 are reusable borosilicate glass syringes with strong resistance to chemicals and heat shock, offered from 0.1 to 250 mL. Socorex presents them as a low-cost alternative to disposable plastic syringes for oils, petroleum derivatives, glues, dyes, perfumes, essential oils and organic chemicals (except HF acid).
The large-volume models are used for dissolved gas analysis of mineral oil in power-plant transformer cooling systems. Plungers and barrels are precision-machined and interchangeable, with no O-ring or sleeve, permanent high-visibility graduations, and they can be dismantled, cleaned and autoclaved at 121 °C. The seal is liquid tight but not gas tight.
