Product overview
The Dosys classic 163 is a self-refilling automatic syringe pipette with a two-ring handle and an integrated Luer Lock valve system. Six models cover 0.025 to 10 mL, and Socorex recommends it for aqueous, non-corrosive liquids.
A spring-loaded plunger and three-way valve allow trouble-free distribution, with feed tubing supplied and bottle feeding optional. The instrument and its accessories can be autoclaved assembled, which makes it useful for hot agar and culture media. With a sterile filter disk it works as a filtration syringe, with a reverse-mode valve set it aspirates waste, and with suitable needles it can be used for injecting laboratory animals.
