Product overview
The Dosys classic 173 is the pistol-grip, self-refilling automatic syringe pipette with an integrated Luer Lock valve system. Seven models cover 0.025 to 20 mL, the widest range among the Dosys syringe pipettes.
Uses are the same as for the classic 163: dispensing and distribution through the three-way valve, sterile work after autoclaving fully assembled, filtration with a sterile filter disk, aspiration with a reverse-mode valve set, and animal injection with suitable needles. Volume setting is fast and locked by a safety nut, and the plunger seals without an O-ring.
