Product overview
The 2X Ampli-Optimization Kit provides a convenient way to tune reaction conditions for a particular amplicon, mainly by testing different MgCl2 concentrations within the 2X Taq Master Mix.
Colour caps make each MgCl2 level easy to recognise. Reaction buffer, dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase are supplied at optimised concentrations, and the mix is stable at 4 degrees C for 6 months.
