2X Taq Master Mix (PLMM01) is an optimized ready-to-use 2× DNA amplification mixture containing Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and MgCl2. Vivantis states it contains all routine amplification components except template and primers. The official datasheet lists 4 × 625 μl of 2× mix plus nuclease-free water and 50 mM MgCl2, and publishes stability at 4 °C for 6 months (or −20 °C for one year) with 20 freeze–thaw cycles. Pack size is 100 applications. Products are mostly 3′dA overhangs and are suitable for TA cloning.

Al-Shaker specifies PLMM01 versus a coloured or hot-start sister when the method needs one, then supplies the mix across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
