Overview

Product overview

The pTG19-T vector is linearized with 3′-dT overhangs so PCR products with 3′-dA ends clone without recircularization of empty vector. Vivantis publishes more than 80% of recombinant clones containing the target DNA, lacZ for blue/white selection, M13 primer sites for PCR screening and sequencing, and BamHI sites to release the insert. Catalogue TA010 is 20 applications. Quality notes on the product page include more than 80% white colonies with the control insert and confirmation of 3′-dT overhangs by sequencing.

Al-Shaker specifies TA010 for TA cloning of Taq products (including PLMM01 amplicons), then supplies the vector across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
