Product overview
2X OneStep Taq ReverseTrans PCR Master Mix allows rapid and sensitive end-point detection of RNA templates in one tube. The concentrated mixture contains M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitors, Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer and dNTPs.
Combining reverse transcription and amplification reduces the number of steps and pipetting, lowering contamination risk. The mix is stable at 4 degrees C for 6 months and suits all routine RNA amplification applications.
