2X ViRed OneStep Taq ReverseTrans PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use concentrated mixture for rapid, sensitive single-step detection of RNA templates. It contains M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitors, Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer and dNTPs, premixed with a red dye.
The dye confirms complete mixing and removes the need for additional loading dye, so final products go directly onto a gel. Fewer pipetting steps also reduce contamination risk.
