2X ViRed Pfu Master Mix is a concentrated, ready-to-use high-fidelity PCR mixture premixed with a red colour tracking dye. Final products can be loaded directly onto gels, which removes the need for separate loading dye and reduces set-up time.
It is recommended for high-fidelity amplification, GC-rich or problematic secondary structures, primer extension at elevated temperatures and cloning of blunt-ended amplification products.
