2X ViRed Taq Master Mix is a ready-to-use concentrated PCR mixture that already includes a single red tracking dye. Complete mixing is easy to confirm visually, and products can be loaded directly onto gels without adding loading dye.
The mix is stable at 4 degrees C for 6 months and generates mostly 3' dA overhang products that are suitable for TA cloning.
