Product overview
6X Loading Dye is used for loading DNA markers and samples onto agarose gels. It contains two tracking dyes, bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF, to follow migration during electrophoresis.
Bromophenol blue migrates with the 300 bp fragment while xylene cyanol FF migrates with the 4000 bp fragment. It is supplied as 5 x 1 ml (NM0410).
