This loading dye is designed for DNA samples with a high protein content that can form complexes with DNA during electrophoresis. It helps prevent band shift caused by protein binding and annealing of DNA in both agarose and polyacrylamide gels.
It contains bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF as tracking dyes. It is supplied as 5 x 1 ml (NM0416).
