Overview

Product overview

AtMax Taq DNA Polymerase is a mixture of thermostable Taq DNA polymerase, proofreading Pfu DNA polymerase, anti-Taq antibodies, reversible inhibitors and enhancers that together deliver an automatic hot start for long amplification.

The antibody reversibly blocks replication activity at moderate temperatures. The enzyme tolerates wider Mg2+ and salt ranges, which suits multiplex PCR, and improves results on GC-rich templates, palindromes and repeats. 10X ViBuffer S is provided for amplicons above 5 kb.
