Overview

Product overview

Chromo AtTaq DNA Polymerase pairs a specific anti-Taq monoclonal antibody with thermostable Taq DNA polymerase for automatic hot-start amplification, and adds colour tracer dyes. With 1 u per 25 ul reaction the blue and pink dyes run at about 4 kb and 0.3 kb on a 1% TAE agarose gel.

Protection against non-specific extension spans room temperature to 70 degrees C, raising specificity, sensitivity and yield and reducing primer-dimers and mispriming in multiplex PCR. 10X ViBuffer S is provided for amplicons above 5 kb.
