Overview

Product overview

Chromo Pfu DNA Polymerase is an extremely thermostable proofreading enzyme supplied with colour tracer dyes. The dyes make enzyme addition visible and, at 1 u per 25 ul reaction, serve as tracking dyes on gels, migrating at about 4 kb (blue) and 0.3 kb (pink) on a 1% TAE agarose gel.

It amplifies up to 8 kb, comes with 5X ViBuffer Pfu for short and long amplification, and is recommended for high-fidelity PCR and cloning of blunt-ended products.
