Product overview
The GF-1 96-well Plasmid DNA Extraction Kit purifies high-copy and low-copy plasmid DNA from 1-2 ml bacterial cultures, up to 96 samples at once. The process takes less than 60 minutes and needs no organic extraction.
Yields are 5-10 ug for high-copy and 0.5-5 ug for low-copy plasmids, and the DNA is ready for restriction digestion, PCR, Southern blotting and DNA fingerprinting. Supplied as 96 x 5 or 96 x 10 plates.
