The GF-1 96-well Tissue DNA Extraction Kit enables rapid, high-throughput purification of genomic DNA from animal tissues, cultured animal cells and paraffin-embedded tissues, up to 96 samples simultaneously.
Yields reach 5-10 ug with no organic extraction, and the DNA is ready for restriction digestion, PCR, Southern blotting and DNA fingerprinting. Supplied as 96 x 5 or 96 x 10 plates.
