The GF-1 AmbiClean Kit (Gel & PCR) handles both rapid DNA recovery from agarose gels and PCR clean-up for DNA bands from 100 bp to 20 kb with a single kit. Recovery of up to 90% is achievable and purification takes less than 15 minutes.
The pure DNA is ready for restriction digestion, PCR, ligation, sequencing and probe preparation. Offered as 50, 100 and 200 preps.
