The GF-1 Bacterial DNA Extraction Kit offers a rapid, efficient way to purify high-molecular-weight genomic DNA from either Gram-negative or Gram-positive bacteria. No organic extraction is needed.
The resulting pure genomic DNA is ready for routine molecular biology applications such as restriction digestion, PCR, Southern blotting and DNA fingerprinting. Available as 50 and 100 preps.
