Product overview
The GF-1 microTotal RNA Extraction Kit purifies RNA from animal tissues, cultured cells (monolayer and suspension), blood, plasma, serum, buffy coat and fluids such as saliva and semen. It recovers large RNA as well as siRNA and microRNA, with yields up to 3 ug total RNA and no organic extraction.
The RNA is ready for RT-PCR, Northern blotting, polyA RNA (mRNA) purification, transcription profiling, nuclease protection and in vitro translation. Sizes: 25, 50 and 100 preps.
