Product overview
The GF-1 Plant DNA Extraction Kit II is intended for genomic DNA from plant samples with high polysaccharide and high phenol content. Denaturing agents provide efficient cell lysis and protein denaturation before the DNA is released.
It improves DNA yield and purity for polyphenol- and polysaccharide-rich species, is fast and reproducible, uses no toxic or organic extraction and includes Proteinase K. Offered as 50 and 100 preps.
