Product overview
The GF-1 Starter Kit offers a comprehensive route from sample to isolated gene: it provides high-quality DNA from various sources, followed by amplification, visualisation and purification of the desired gene.
Each kit contains 25 preps of a GF-1 DNA extraction kit and 25 preps of the GF-1 Gel DNA Recovery Kit, 200 u of Taq or Chromo Taq DNA polymerase, ViBuffers A and S, MgCl2, dNTP mix, control DNA and primers, VC 100bp Plus and VC 1kb DNA ladders and 6X loading dye. Versions exist for bacterial, blood, plant, tissue and plasmid samples.
