The GF-1 Tissue Blood Combi DNA Extraction Kit is a single kit for rapid, efficient purification of genomic DNA from blood and various fresh or frozen tissues such as kidney, heart, lungs, brain, muscle, liver and spleen, as well as cultured animal cells.
Yields reach up to 20 ug with no organic extraction, and the DNA is ready for restriction digestion, PCR, Southern blotting and DNA fingerprinting. Offered as 50 and 100 preps.
