The GF-1 Tissue DNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid, efficient purification of genomic DNA from tissue samples such as kidney, heart, lungs, brain, muscle, liver and spleen, and from cultured animal cells.
Yields reach up to 20 ug without organic extraction, and the DNA is ready for restriction digestion, PCR, Southern blotting and DNA fingerprinting. Offered as 50 and 100 preps.
