Overview

Product overview

The GF-1 Tissue Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit purifies viral nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) from infected tissue. Denaturing agents lyse both the tissue and the virus, denature proteins and release the nucleic acid.

The process is fast, reliable and reproducible, uses no toxic or organic extraction, and gives eluate ready for downstream use. Proteinase K and carrier RNA are included; sizes are 50 and 100 preps.
