Product overview
Vivantis supplies purified DNA templates for general molecular biology use. Lambda DNA is isolated from bacteriophage lambda (cI857ind 1 Sam 7) from a heat-inducible lysogenic E. coli strain, offered in a dam+/dcm+ version (NN1402) and a dam-/dcm- version (NN1401), both at 0.3 ug/ul in 500 ug packs.
pBR322, pUC18 and pUC19 are commonly used plasmid cloning vectors isolated from E. coli strain Top10F', supplied at 0.2-0.5 ug/ul (pBR322 in 100 ug, pUC18 and pUC19 in 50 ug packs).
