Product overview
M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase III is an upgraded version of M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase RNase H-. It comes from recombinant E. coli carrying a modified pol gene of Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus and performs efficient reverse transcription between 37 and 55 degrees C.
The higher temperature of 50-55 degrees C helps avoid inhibition by RNA secondary structure and gives high-quality cDNA of 100 bp to over 12 kb. The enzyme has strong continuous synthesis ability and high tolerance to impurities.
