Overview

Product overview

Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MuLV) Reverse Transcriptase is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase. It synthesises a complementary DNA strand from a primer using either RNA or single-stranded DNA as template.

Because it has no RNase H activity, synthesis of long cDNAs is enhanced, and the enzyme is recommended for preparing long cDNAs. It is supplied in 5000, 10000 and 50000 unit packs.
