Product overview
These standalone PCR reagents let you adjust or rebuild reactions. 10X ViBuffer A (500 mM KCl, 100 mM Tris-HCl pH 9.1, 0.1% Triton X-100) is a general buffer for various PCR reactions, optimised for 0.1-0.2 mM of each dNTP.
10X ViBuffer S (160 mM (NH4)2SO4, 500 mM Tris-HCl pH 9.2, 17.5 mM MgCl2, 0.1% Triton X-100) is meant for long PCR and is optimised for 0.35 mM of each dNTP. A separate 50 mM MgCl2 solution is offered for fine-tuning magnesium concentration.
