Restriction endonucleases

Vivantis Restriction Endonucleases include a Fast Digest set of 24 enzymes for complete digestion of lambda, plasmid, genomic, and PCR DNA in 5–15 minutes. Each Fast Digest enzyme is supplied with universal Buffer FD; Vivantis states all 24 are 100% active in Buffer FD so double and multiple digests share one tube with no dilution step. Activity is defined as 1 μl enzyme digesting 1 μg DNA within 15 minutes in 20 μl or 50 μl assay buffer. Conventional enzymes are also available, with Color-Tag 10× reaction buffers and the 10-Go kits.

Al-Shaker specifies Fast Digest versus conventional Color-Tag 10× and the first enzyme set, then supplies the enzymes across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
