ViPrimePLUS One Step AtTaq RT-qPCR Green Master Mix I (Hot Start) is a ready-to-use one-step RT-qPCR master mix for fast, easy real-time PCR set up. It is built around thermostable M-MuLV reverse transcriptase and hot-start AtTaq DNA polymerase and includes SYBR Green dye for intercalator-based detection, supplied in liquid form.
