ViPrimePLUS Pathogen qPCR and RT-qPCR Test Kits

ViPrimePLUS pathogen kits are single-target (and some multiplex) qPCR kits, or RT-qPCR kits for RNA targets, each designed for very high homology with reference data in the NCBI database. The kits are described as covering all clinically relevant strains of the target, with a detection limit tested at at least 100 copies per reaction and primers and probe stated to be 100% specific.

A typical kit contains a gene-specific primers and probe mix (FAM probe), a positive control template, an internal extraction control primers and probe mix (HEX or VIC/HEX probe) with its template, 2X PCR master mix, ROX reference dye, nuclease-free water, template preparation buffer and master mix preparation buffer. Kits are supplied as 100 reactions.
