Viva 2-Step RT-PCR Kit provides reliable synthesis of full-length cDNA followed by convenient PCR of that cDNA. M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase makes the complementary strand from a specific primer, oligo d(T) or random hexamer.
The absence of RNase H activity supports high amounts of full-length cDNA from RNA up to 10 kb. The kit is offered with Taq, Chromo Taq, MaxTaq or Chromo MaxTaq DNA polymerase for short or long fragments, in 20 or 100 application sizes.
