Viva cDNA Synthesis Kit is designed for reliable synthesis of full-length cDNA. M-MuLV RNase H- extends a complementary strand from a specific primer, oligo d(T) or random hexamer.
The lack of RNase H activity gives a high yield of full-length cDNA from RNA templates up to 10 kb, and the kit can copy up to 2 ug of purified mRNA. The cDNA is compatible with a range of downstream applications.
