12 Position SPE Vacuum Manifold

The Ashtech Science 12 position SPE vacuum manifold processes up to twelve solid phase extraction cartridges at once under a common vacuum. It is used to clean up and concentrate samples before HPLC, GC or LC-MS analysis, replacing slow one-by-one handling.

Each port has its own stopcock, so flow can be set or stopped per sample while the vacuum stays even across the manifold. The transparent glass chamber with gauge and valve lets the analyst follow each step, and the unit runs on a standard laboratory vacuum pump.

The complete set (81201) can be fitted with plates for 13 mm and 16 mm tubes, volumetric flasks or autosampler vials, plus needles, empty SPE tubes, frits and a drying attachment. Typical uses include environmental, pharmaceutical, food, forensic and toxicology testing.
