BWB Flash Flame Photometer
Request a quoteOverview
The BWB Flash is a configurable flame photometer with up to four channels that detects and displays all calibrated ions at once. It is offered in seven models: single-element versions for Ca, K, Li or Na (FL-C, FL-K, FL-L, FL-N), and multi-element FL-2 (Na, K), FL-3 (Na, K, Li) and FL-4 (Na, K, Li, Ca), so a lab buys only the channels it needs.
Operation is through a 5-inch colour capacitive touchscreen with large buttons that works with most disposable lab gloves. An auto-read function decides when a reading is stable, making results independent of the operator. An air compressor and gas regulator are built in, and 10,000 ppm calibration standards and basic labware are supplied.
BWB states that the Flash uses 13 % less gas and 26 % less electricity than earlier generations. At 10 kg it is lighter than the XP family, and data can be exported over USB to the FP-PC software as CSV or PDF reports.
