Product overview
The BWB Li is a single-purpose flame photometer for lithium. BWB adapted and optimised its proprietary optical array so that the instrument uses multiple lithium detection channels, and describes it as its most accurate lithium flame photometer to date. The configuration was developed with customer input, including assistance from the University of Mississippi.
Four independent lithium channels can each hold up to 10 calibration points, so different concentration ranges can be covered without recalibrating. Detection reaches 0.02 ppm Li with quantification from 0.05 ppm, and cross-interference between Na, K and Li is specified at below 0.5 %.
The instrument includes a built-in air compressor, solutions and labware, and connects to BWB's FP-PC software. Outputs include USB, a 0-2.5 V analogue signal with optional 4-20 mA, and an optional integrated printer.
