Overview

Product overview

Dispersion and measurement of solid particles or droplets in the free aerosol jet require complete, vacuum-assisted extraction from the measuring zone after analysis. Professional industrial vacuum cleaners provide constant flow conditions and prevent contamination of the optics and measuring zone.

For laboratories with up to several hundred measurements a day, suction classes M or H are recommended depending on the hazard potential, with manual filter changes. For higher throughput in on-line or at-line applications, high-performance units with automatic filter cleaning are used, and certified vacuum cleaners for explosive atmospheres can be combined with a pre-separator. The extraction system is part of the acceptance test of the complete analysis system.
