Overview

Product overview

Sympatec’s HELOS series is a proven parallel-beam laser diffraction platform for particle size of powders, granules, suspensions, emulsions, sprays, and other particulate systems — from below 0.1 µm to 8,750 µm, in line with ISO 13320 (Fraunhofer and Mie).

MYTOS brings the same HELOS sensor together with RODOS dry dispersion in a process-rated body for in-line, on-line, and at-line control from 0.25 µm to 3,500 µm, with sampling units such as TWISTER, MIXER, and VIBRI.

A wide set of dispersing and dosing units (RODOS, GRADIS, SUCELL, QUIXEL, CUVETTE, OASIS, SPRAYER, INHALER) lets the same sensor family match dry, wet, and spray applications. Results are evaluated in PAQXOS, including 21 CFR Part 11 where a regulated laboratory requires it.

Al-Shaker specifies, installs, and supports HELOS and MYTOS systems for laboratories and plants across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.

Features

Key features

  • 01

    HELOS laboratory series

Modular laser diffraction from submicron powders to millimetre granules, sprays, and liquid-dispersed systems.

  • 02

    MYTOS process systems

HELOS + RODOS in a process body for in-line, on-line, and at-line particle size control.

  • 03

    Application-matched dispersion

Dry, wet, and spray dispersing units so the measurement reflects the product, not an improvised sample prep.
