Overview

Product overview

Wet measurements often need oils, other organic liquids or alcohols as dispersing media, which are expensive to buy and dispose of and more harmful to the environment than water. LIQIBACK reprocesses and reuses these liquids by integrating into the wet measurement circuit of QUIXEL, SUCELL or OASIS.

Solid particles are separated in two temperature-controllable stainless-steel sedimentation containers of 20 litres each and two downstream filter stages of 1 µm and 0.45 µm. Gaskets, tubes and impellers are EPDM or FKM as standard, with NBR, PTFE or PP available to match the dispersing liquid.
