Overview

Product overview

LIQXI is the recommended dosing solution for the wet disperser LIXELL when finely dispersed particles up to 500 µm are measured in suspension, in closed-loop or one-shot operation. It was designed for the micro cuvettes with very small gap widths (down to 30 µm) that the lower QICPIC measuring ranges require, and is optimised for LIXELL cuvettes from 0.03 to 1 mm.

Suspensions are homogenised in a beaker with a ViscoJet stainless-steel stirrer and pumped by a speed-controlled peristaltic pump. For coarse or broad distributions a special beaker, baffle and axial stirrer act as a small flow reactor to avoid segregation. The accessory set includes two beakers, two stirrers and a draft tube, and hose and gasket sets are available for special liquids.
