Overview

Product overview

MULTISAMPLER automates sample handling for high throughput. Up to 70 vials with 39 ml each are taken from a rack in batch mode and fed to the dispersion unit and measuring zone. Each vial is identified by a laser-engraved DataMatrix code so dispersion and measuring procedures can be assigned per sample by software.

MULTISAMPLER/dry works with the RODOS family, using RODOS vacuum to fluidise and transport samples up to 1.5 mm. MULTISAMPLER/wet works with QUIXEL, using a double injection needle and septum-sealed vials for particles up to 1 mm. The Cobot adds a collaborative robot for coarser samples needing larger volumes, with standard capacity of 32 samples and customisable racks and vessels.
