Overview

Product overview

OPUS-BP integrates the OPUS probe into pipelines of DN50 to DN200 through a bypass adapter with standard flange sizes DN50, DN100, DN150 and DN200. Part of the product stream passes through the measuring zone while the rest flows around the probe, for flows up to 10,000 l/h.

It can be installed in the main product flow (in-line) or in a diverted partial flow (on-line) and measures suspensions, emulsions and slurries up to 40 vol% without dilution. The adapter is installed in a pipe section of about 300 mm length.
