Overview

Product overview

This system combines the OPUS ultrasonic extinction probe with a MULTIPLEXER sample distributor, developed for wet milling and separation in ore and industrial-mineral processing. Partial flows of roughly 2,000 to 7,000 l/h are continuously brought from up to four production lines to the MULTIPLEXER, which routes the requested line to the sensor on demand.

The design targets long service life with abrasive, highly concentrated, optically opaque slurries and uses protective screening and fittings that are not closed in operation. The measuring range is below 0.1 to 3,000 µm with simultaneous concentration measurement; an integrated panel PC is available for autonomous local operation.
