Overview

Product overview

PICTOS & Co. brings QICPIC dynamic image analysis into the process. PICTOS combines the image sensor with RODOS dry dispersion, PICTIS with the gentle GRADIS gravity disperser for coarser free-flowing material, and PICCELL uses a flow-through cuvette for suspensions and emulsions in a bypass.

Feeding is by TWISTER, MIXER, L-probes or VIBRI. Results report particle size and shape and can be passed to control systems over Modbus, Profibus or OPC. The systems use the same core components as the laboratory QICPIC for valid method transfer and offer GMP design for regulated environments.
