Overview

Product overview

Single-point sampling probes suit dry, disperse products with a narrow grain-size range that flow evenly through the pipe. With an installation height of only 150 mm, they are welded in via a stud with clamping flange and feed the on-line MYTOS or PICTOS with RODOS dry dispersion.

The static L-shaped probe works in pipes from 65 to 250 mm; tip immersion depth and tilt angle are adjustable and lockable, with 6 mm or 10 mm conveyor lines and a choice of line coatings. For GMP pharmaceutical applications where blow-back into the process is not permitted, a pneumatic pivoting probe for pipes of 150 to 200 mm rotates its opening out of the product stream during reference measurements and idle phases.
