Overview

Product overview

SUCELL is an automated wet disperser that circulates 500 ml of suspension or emulsion through a stainless-steel flow-through cuvette in a closed loop. Two speed-controlled stirrers homogenise the sample in a stainless-steel basin with level sensors, and a controlled peristaltic pump circulates it.

Built-in ultrasound of 0 to 60 W helps dispersion. Filling, degassing, sonication, circulation and draining are defined in the PAQXOS software and saved as an SOP. Cuvettes of 0.2 to 4 mm path length match particle size and optical concentration, and the optional Small Volume Adapter reduces sample volume to below 50 ml. SUCELL/L serves QICPIC and can be combined with RODOS/L as OASIS/L.
